SERVICE: I\'m so very happy that I choose Keenart over Amazon. I purchased 2 frames and made an oversight error on my initial order. The Keenart staff immediately picked up on it and emailed me with a request for precision. The following exchange of emails were nearly instantaneous. Thank you for that. PRODUCT: The frames are perfect. I choose the thinner ones and I was worried about their capacity to handle a 30\"x60\" heavy canvas. They are built strong - good wood, not too heavy, perfect fit. I\'m extremely happy with the final product. SHIPPING: Would have preferred Canada Post but they used CANPAR which easily gets confused with simple addresses (previous dealings with them were the same... Still better than Purolator...) They missed the first delivery and I caught up to the truck on the 2nd attempt... (Condo towers seem overly complicated for their drivers). OVERALL: Fantastic service, product and end result. I will order again and refer them in the future.

Two canvas\\\'s purchased and they look amazing! Product quality is fantastic...way beyond our expectations. Only thing I would have to say was a negative is the fact that I qualified for free shipping and had chosen this but they were not delivered...we had to pick them up instead which was out of our way.

Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works
