I am extremely disappointed in the mug you produced. I ordered the 15 oz mug as shown on your website, but that is not what I received. In fact, I measured the liquid capacity, and it\'s 13.5 oz, not 15 oz. In addition, the background of the artwork I sent was white, but the final product has tiny pink and purple dots all over it. I will never be using your company again.
Lubna, | my frustration I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience.

Heli, | Nice picture frames The frames you built for me look great. There was one issue with one corner missing 3 of 4 screws. As you included extra screws I was able to fix that. I appreciated that the order included all the hardware needed to complete the mounting. The paintings look great.
