Not impressed. I live in Ottawa and your business is located in Ottawa yet it took 15 days to receive an incomplete order.

Good Morning; Thank-you for your prompt service and to let you know the picture turned out very well. I did have a concern as there is a \"popped\" nail head at the top but as it\'s in a dark tree and can only be seen at different angles I didn\'t think it was worth the postage and hassle to return it.I would certainly consider using your company again but would hope that the finished product could be checked over before sending it out.
